When Trainer Willy Yudah in Tanzania and four women who accompanied him to a recent NLBI seminar left their hometown, they knew the trip would be long. His report demonstrates their determination and resilience. "The journey to Iyegu was quite an adventure. We traveled by bus at 8pm, arriving in Dodoma City at 6am the next morning. From there, we boarded another bus to Kibaigwa, where we arrived at 9am. We then hired motorbikes to take us the remaining 27 kilometers to Iyegu, navigating dusty and bumpy roads. Despite the challenging journey, we arrived safely at 9:50 am, exhausted but eager to rest before lunch."
After teaching the 25 attendees, two were baptized and five were restored in their relationship with God.
"We're grateful for your prayers, which lifted us up and sustained us throughout our journey. The event itself was a powerful experience, and we're seeing the fruits of God's work in the lives of those who attended," he reported.
He also shared that two new congregations were started by people who attended an NLBI event in 2019!
